Service Includes:

    NOTE: Email File transfer is limited to 5MG attachments.

Service Options:

  • Additional Disk Space: $.25 meg/mo.
  • Static IP Address: $10.00/150 channel hrs/mo. or $20.00/300 channel hrs/mo.
  • Additional Mailboxes: $5.00 each/mo.

Service Prerequisites:

  • An ISDN terminal adapter.
  • An ISDN BRI line from your phone company.

Service Notes: NETPLEX is in no way responsible for toll line charges incured from your phone company. Most phone companies (such as SNET) charge a per minute fee per BRI channel. You will be responsible for checking with your phone company and knowing their charges.

Service availability may be limited during peak times. By exceeding the hours associated with static IP addresses, you will incur an additional $.50/hr. charge to your account. A channel hour is defined as the hourly static IP usage of one analog or ISDN port. If you use multi-link PPP for analog/ISDN, your using two channels and will have two hours deducted from your remaining static IP time.
